How Data is Compiled

The NAD file is sourced from multiple monthly contributors. Sources include auto retail centers, repair centers, and various auto service centers. The file is taken through a complete monthly rebuild, only carrying through verifiable owner occupied addresses where the DPV is validated on the data. During this monthly build new records are added in, and questionable records are removed.
